MRC Tile Fish & Shrimp Choose your marinade

Instructions: Bake: Preheat oven to 375* and bake for 20 minutes or until fork pierces through meat without resistance. Thickness Varies.

Grill: Clean and oil grill grate, on low heat remove shrimp from top of fish and grill side by side top side down first. Flip once after 2-3 minutes for additional 2-3 minutes.

Sautéing: Pre heat skillet on medium heat, oil pan with peanut or vegetable oil and add Fish top side down first for 3-4 minutes, (shrimp to the side) then using spatula, flip and sauté for additional 2 minutes or until knife slides through without resistance.
